With a brand-new squad for the 2025 season, Harrington United’s young guns are stepping up to senior football with a fearless attitude. The squad may be one of the youngest in the competition, but what they lack in experience, they make up for in determination, work ethic, and an unrelenting desire to compete. The goal is simple, push for a Top 4 finish and prove they belong at this level.

One player to keep an eye on is Luke Conroy, who has been outstanding in trials and consistently pushes himself in training. His strong work ethic and commitment will be crucial in helping the team compete in their first season together. The squad is eager to take on the challenge, knowing that every match will be an opportunity to learn, grow, and prove themselves in the M-League.

Harrington United FC has always placed a strong emphasis on player development, and the Colts squad represents the future of the club. The goal is not just to compete this season but to build a squad that will grow together and transition into senior football, strengthening the club’s M-League program for years to come.

Harrington United FC is focused on establishing itself as a consistent force in M-League, and while this season presents challenges, it is also a huge opportunity to build something special. With three brand-new squads, the club is looking to develop talent, create a strong footballing culture, and ensure long-term success.

The biggest challenge will be keeping the squad together beyond 2025, allowing players to gain experience, grow as a unit, and improve year after year. The club’s vision for the future includes expanding back into the M-League Women’s competition, ensuring opportunities for all players to compete at the highest level within the club’s system.

Building on Experience: Kemps Creek United’s 2025 Vision

After a challenging but valuable debut season in M-League Women’s, Kemps Creek United FC is back for year two, determined to build on their experience, resilience, and growth. The 2024 season was an introduction to a higher level of competition, testing the squad against ex-WNPL players, emerging young talents, and some of the best teams in the region. Now, with key reinforcements, a balanced squad, and a renewed mindset, 2025 is all about competing, improving, and making an impact.

With a mix of returning core players and key new signings, the team has strengthened in crucial positions, particularly with the addition of an experienced goalkeeper, bringing stability and leadership to the squad. The focus this season is on playing with confidence, maintaining possession, making smart decisions, and creating more goal-scoring opportunities. Most importantly, the team is committed to enjoying the journey together - winning and learning as one unit.

The club’s long-term vision is strategic development, ensuring the continued growth and success of its women’s program in the years to come.

The M-League provides a unique and exciting challenge for both players and coaches, offering a high standard of football that demands technical ability, tactical awareness, and consistency. Competing in this league pushes the team to continuously improve and adapt, creating a rewarding environment for both development and performance.

While 2024 presented its challenges, the club took key lessons from that season and applied them to the off-season recruitment process. The addition of new signings in crucial positions has addressed previous gaps, creating a more cohesive and well-rounded squad. This refined lineup will help the team be more competitive from the start, with an emphasis on starting strong, staying consistent, and continuously improving throughout the season.

Kemps Creek United’s expectation for 2025 is simple—play with passion, give your best effort, and embrace the team-first mentality. Whether in victory or defeat, this squad is committed to the collective, ensuring that every player contributes, improves, and enjoys the experience.
