The Association Development Program (ADP) and the Girls Association Program (GAP) provides boys and girls aged 5–12 the opportunity to develop their technical skills in programs designed to help players reach their full potential.

The Purpose of ADP and GAP
The Association Development Program (ADP) and the Girls Association Program (GAP) are designed to supplement club players' local training and provide the technical assistance needed to build a set of skills that will enhance players' ability to perform better on matchdays, during training, and at trials for future representative squads.
Both programs run alongside each other at the same time/ venue; the key difference that the ADP is run as a mixed-program, and the GAP is run as a girls-only program.
The Girls Association Program (GAP) was created in Term 4 2025 as a girls-only offering to run alongside our ADP and is specifically designed to encourage more young girls to be involved and playing football. As a new initiative, we have been excited to launch this program and welcome girls of all abilities to register.
Where ADP and GAP fits within our player pathway?
The ADP and GAP program serves to offer football training for players between U5 and U12 in the community who want to learn and develop their footballing skills.
They act as entry level programs open to both current players looking to further develop their game, as well as new football participants in the community who are looking to give football a go.
