MFA, in conjuction with Macarthur Rams Futsal, is excited to introduce our new - GIOCA Futsal 5's -
at the Home of Football, Lynwood Park!
This fast, fun, and high-energy competition has been designed to help players further develop their technical ability in an exciting small-sided environment (5 aside). With more touches on the ball, less time and space, and constant involvement in the game, players are encouraged to use their individual skills, quick decision-making, and creativity to improve as footballers.
Futsal is recognised worldwide as one of the best development formats for players of all ages, helping improve:
- Ball mastery and first touch
- Speed of play and decision making
- 1v1 skills and creativity
- Passing and movement
- Confidence under pressure
Our Futsal 5’s competition will provide a great opportunity for players to continue developing in a fun and enjoyable environment while staying active and engaged with the game. The 14-week competition will include games against a mix of teams from our Macarthur region, plus teams from our Macarthur TDP and our Macarthur Rams Futsal, which will ensure a high-quality development opportunity for all involved!
We encourage all clubs to share this opportunity with your players, teams, and families. The competition will commence on 9th of September and conclude on 9th of December, providing an exciting season of fast-paced futsal action for all participants. The team registration fee is $800. With an average squad of 8 players, that's only $100 per player for a 14-round competition.
