The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Macarthur Football Association Inc. (MFA) which will be held on the 6th of December at 7.00 pm at Ottimo House, 205 Campbelltown Road Denham Court.

Call for Nominations

In accordance with Section 14 of the Constitution of the Macarthur Football Association, nominations are now called for the following positions:

 

BOARD POSITIONS:

The MFA Board of Directors provide overall leadership and drive strategy and policy for members of the Macarthur Football Family.

Board positions are voluntary and require attendance at Monthly meetings (currently scheduled on the last Monday of each month). Attendance is also expected at Monthly Member Meetings, which currently take place on the first Monday of each month from February – September.

The following Board positions are now open for nomination (please use the attached prescribed Nomination Forms):

 

The Chairperson

Role of the Chairperson as defined in section 13.4 of the Constitution of the Macarthur Football Association

Term: 2 years

 

The Financial Controller

Role of the Financial Controller as defined in section 13.5 of the Constitution of the Macarthur Football Association

Term: 2 years

 

Association Directors (2 positions)

Role of the Association Directors as defined in section 13.7 of the Constitution of the Macarthur Football Association

Term: 2 years

 

COMMITTEE POSITIONS: 

 

Competition Management Committee (CMC) – please use the attached prescribed Nomination Form for CMC

Eight (8) positions

Role of the CMC as defined in section 9.6 of the Competition Regulations of the Macarthur Football Association

Term: 1 year

 

Appeals Committee (AC) – please use the attached prescribed Nomination Form for the Appeals Committee

Seven (7) positions

Role of the AC as defined in section 10.6 of the Competition Regulations of the Macarthur Football Association

Term: 1 year

 

Please be guided by the return dates on each of the various applications as late submissions cannot be accepted.

 

OTHER NOMINATIONS (please use attached prescribed Nomination Forms).

Appreciation Award: 

Appreciation Awards formally recognise individuals who have consistently provided valuable service to their Club over a number of years.

These Awards are recognised and awarded at the MFA Annual General Meeting

Special Purposes Committee: 

Board Appointed Positions and do not form part of the Annual General Meeting. however, expressions of interest will be received and reviewed by the MFA Board early in the new year.

Judiciary Committee: 

Board Appointed Positions and do not form part of the Annual General Meeting. however, expressions of interest will be received and reviewed by the MFA Board early in the new year.
