At 10 years of age, Dylan Fuentes has already demonstrated maturity, commitment, and a genuine love for football, qualities that have underpinned a standout year of development in 2026.
Balancing his local club commitments with Narellan Rangers SC, Dylan took part in all of our MFA player development programs throughout the year. He began his journey in Term 1 with the Association Development Program (ADP). For Term 2, he then got selected for a Macarthur Rams Academy MSAP Scholarship and now for Term 3, has even further progressed into the Macarthur Talent Development Program (TDP). All of this collective effort, alongside playing U10 MSAP with Narellan Rangers SC, has now been rewarded with selection into representative football with Camden Tigers JDL for the 2027 season!
Across all of our MFA programs, Dylan has been an integral member of his squads. His friendly nature, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn stood out both on and off the pitch, making him a pleasure to coach and a valued teammate. As he now looks ahead to 2027 in representative football, Dylan’s football journey is only just beginning.

Dylan grew up in a football family, and influentially Dylan fell in love with football. From the age of 3, Dylan has shown nothing but success and progression with his football. Dylan is currently playing for Narellan Rangers in their U10 MSAP squad and contributes his skills and knowledge he’s taken from the MFA Programs into his team sessions and games. For this year, he wanted to focus more on his football development and prompted him to first sign up for the ADP program.
Dylan joined the ADP Program as it was close by and had a lot of fun during the sessions. He enjoyed the friendships he built with other players, whilst learning new skills to improve his game. Alongside his playing commitments with Narellan Rangers MSAP, Dylan was then offered a Rams Academy scholarship from further identification in his MSAP games at our Willowdale MSAP Hub through the 2026 season. As a step up in his development, he shared that the Rams Academy program had developed his skills further and had gained more friendships.
Dylan’s hard work and commitment to his personal development is the reason he’s able to attend challenging and elite programs, and this was rewarded even further with selection into the inaugural MSAP Macarthur Talent Development Program (TDP) squads for his U10 age-group. Dylan has been enjoying the training and especially the games against representative squads that the programs provide and further expanding his football talents to continually build his football career.
Off the field, Dylan enjoys watching numerous teams including PSG, Dortmund, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Liverpool, and Macarthur FC. With a lot of variety to his list, he looks up to Troy Parrott who now plays for Real Betis in the Spanish La Liga. With a global eye, Dylan is now excited to progress into his next step - representative JDL football - and we are sure with his continued commitment and development, even he might be playing in the top leagues one day.
Dylan’s individual success reflects the vision that MFA has by providing clear and structured opportunities for each player. Dylan has been able to embrace the challenges that each program has brought upon him, and with dedication, he has been recognised for this hard work.
At the Macarthur Football Association, we are proud to create pathways that allow players like Dylan to learn, grow, and reach their potential. His journey highlights what can be achieved through passion, perseverance, and the right development environment.
We are incredibly proud of Dylan Fuentes’s progress throughout 2026 and look forward to seeing him continue to thrive in the years ahead. His story serves as an inspiration to young footballers across the Macarthur region and a reminder that with belief and dedication, the possibilities are limitless.
