The Macarthur Football Association (MFA) is passionate about nurturing talent and providing a clear pathway for players of all ages and abilities. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to develop their skills and reach their full potential in the beautiful game.
We offer a variety of player development programs to cater to players of all ages and skill levels, from grassroots to elite. Our offerings serve to support better player development pathways as well as better club football in the Macarthur region.
At Macarthur Football Association, we are focused on strengthening the below areas:
- individual player development to strengthen club football
- a talent identification process to strengthen representative football
- a clear pathway from grassroots football into the elite space to strengthen player pathways
SUPPORTING PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
All of our player development programs are designed to run alongside club football and support the development of better players and better leagues within the Macarthur region. This is inclusive of primarily our Association Development Program (ADP), our ADP Elite program, and our Talent Development Program (TDP). In addition, we offer various other opportunities such as our Macarthur Cup and Gala Day Series, as well as our School Holiday Clinics.
