Association Programs – ADP and GAP

The Association Development Program (ADP) and the Girls Association Program (GAP) provides boys and girls aged 5–16 the opportunity to develop their technical skills in programs designed to help players reach their full potential.

GAP - MFA

The Purpose of ADP and GAP

The Association Development Program (ADP) is designed to supplement club players' local training and provide the technical assistance needed to build a set of skills that will enhance players' ability to perform better on matchdays, during training, and at trials for future representative squads. The program is open to players of all abilities and is a mixed program.

The Girls Association Program (GAP) is specifically designed to encourage more young girls to be involved and playing football. The program is particularly aimed at bridging/ closing the "GAP" in female participation and retention rates and removing the barriers to participation for young girls to play football. As a new initiative for Term 4 2025, we are excited to launch this program and welcome girls of all abilities, current players or new to football, to register.

Where ADP and GAP fits within our player pathway?

The ADP and GAP program serves to offer football training for players between U5 and U16 in the community who want to learn and develop their footballing skills.

They act as entry level programs open to both current players looking to further develop their game, as well as new football participants in the community who are looking to give football a go.
