A Strong Finish to 2025 for Our TDP

Macarthur Football Association is proud to celebrate the conclusion of another successful term of the Talent Development Program, recognising the dedication, improvement and commitment shown by players across all age groups.

This term marked an exciting milestone for the program, with 26 players graduating from TDP and progressing into representative football for the 2026 season. Their achievement reflects not only individual effort, but also the strong development environment created by our coaches and support staff.

Across the program, players were this term recognised with two awards per squad, a Most Valuable Player (MVP) and a TDP Spirit of the Game Award. Both awards were introduced to reward the efforts players had put in throughout the term. The MVP Award being for the player who coaches felt put on consistent outstanding performances and exemplified the TDP values throughout the term. The TDP Spirit of the Game Award sought to celebrate the player who demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, attitude and respect both on and off the field.

We also congratulated the players who graduated from the program this term and will progress into representative football in 2026 with a "TDP Graduate" Medal. A total of 26 players from this Term 4 2025 Intake have been successful in progressing into representative football.

We are also excited to confirm that the Girls TDP program will expand in Term 1 2026 to include a U15 Girls age group, further strengthening female development opportunities within Macarthur Football Association.
