The ADP Elite is Macarthur Football Association’s high-performance training program for advanced youth players across the region. Previously known as the Macarthur Rams Academy, this rebranded initiative is a key component of MFA’s official Player Pathway and delivers elite-level development opportunities for players demonstrating strong technical, tactical, and physical potential.
ADP Elite is a weekly supplementary training program for U8-U16 players designed to enhance, not replace, a player’s existing club football commitments.

This program provides a professional environment where selected players can take their game to the next level through:
Advanced skill refinement
Tactical awareness and decision-making
Position-specific development
Professional coaching standards
Players remain fully engaged with their club teams for matches and regular training while benefiting from additional targeted sessions that accelerate growth.

Where this fits within our player development pathway?
The ADP Elite program is our high-performance training program that supports both our MSAP (U8-U12) and MYL (U13-U18) competitions. Its primary role is to provide:
- an advanced pathway program for MSAP players to further develop their technical and tactical skills outside of their traditional club commitments

- a supporting program for MYL players who are looking for additional training to support their football development. Also, serves as a talent identification pathway into the Talent Development Program (TDP) designed for highly-talented U12- U18 players
